# Mattermost

Integrate Endtest with Mattermost to post automated test results and failure alerts to team channels, useful for self-hosted, security-conscious teams.

## Introduction
    
You can get notifications for your test executions on your [Mattermost](https://mattermost.com/) channels.
    
This can be achieved by using the `Incoming Webhooks` from `Mattermost` and the `Webhook Notifications` from `Endtest`.
    
## Steps
    
1. Go to `Mattermost`.
2. Go to `Main Menu > Integrations > Incoming Webhook`.
3. Click on `Add Incoming Webhook`.
4. Add a name and a description for the webhook.
5. Select the channel to receive webhook payloads.
6. Click on the `Add` button to create the webhook.
7. The dialog window will present a unique URL that will map to the channel.
8. Copy the unique URL.
9. Click on the `Done` button.
10. Go to your test suite from `Endtest`.
11. Paste that unique URL in the `Webhook URL` input from the `Notifications` section.
12. Click on the `Save` button.
